Amber Rose did more than just pose for a seductive pictorial in the July/August issue of King magazine, she also fired back at Kanye West for his public jabs at her. The Philly native responded to the 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' creator's diss towards her, which was caught on camera at this year's Coachella music festival -- he changed the lyrics of 'Stronger' to include, "I did anything for a blonde dyke, and she'll do anything for the limelight," in reference to his relationship with Rose.
Ironically, Rose was at the festival to show support for her new boyfriend Wiz Khalifa, a move that clearly didn't go over too well. The 27-year-old revealed that she was not only unhappy with his remarks, but blasts West for stooping to a level that she feels is beneath her. "It's just unfortunate that he said that in the song 'cause that's not the lyrics," she told the magazine. "I can say whatever I want about him. I can write a book or do whatever but I choose to take the high road. It's just unfortunate he has to constantly say s--t."
With a few good months of the new relationship under her belt, Rose explained that she is not only more comfortable with her fame but free to express her feelings. "When I was with my ex [West], I didn't have a voice. I was there and I was new to the fame. I didn't understand everything. Now I get everything. With me and Wiz, we show our love to the world. We don't try to hide it; we're not quiet about it. We're just in love and we're just happy and we want people to follow in our footsteps and not be afraid to be in a committed relationship."
Aside from her relationship, Rose is also focusing on entrepreneurial efforts, and is said to be releasing a line of sunglasses and shooting a reality show.

Beyonce, prepare to be bowled over. A highlight at this weekend's Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas will undoubtedly be the tribute to honor the pop star with the Millennium Award. And the stage will be overflowing with famous friends saluting her talent.
Access Hollywood is reporting that none other than First Lady Michelle Obama will step into the spotlight take part in the tribute. Beyonce serenaded President Obama and his wife with 'At Last,' as they danced at an inauguration ball in early 2009.
Insiders say other luminaries eager to honor Beyonce include Lady Gaga (her collaborator on the hit single 'Telephone'), Bono, Stevie Wonder and Barbra Streisand.
Ken Jeong, star of 'Hangover 2' and 'Community,' will host the star-studded event, which will also include performances from Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Keith Urban, Cee Lo Green and the Black Eyed Peas.
The roster of presenters includes Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and 'Glee' star Matthew Morrison. The Billboard Music Awards will air Sunday (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.

Leonardo DiCaprio's Ladies: He Gets Older, They Stay the Same Age
Leonardo DiCaprio is what some might call a serial monogamist. His relationships actually last longer than most Hollywood marriages, but like all good things in Tinsel Town, they inevitably come to an end.
Of course it hasn't escaped our attention that dear Leo, despite his love of long-term love, is consistently trading in his blondes for new models (literally, new models, save for the latest purported romance with starlet Blake Lively ... who actually does model for Chanel). Before Lars von Trier went on a Nazi rampage that got him kicked out of the Cannes Film Festival, the Danish director said something very astute about men in the film industry: As they get older, they surround themselves with women who are both younger and more scantily clad.
Leo isn't exactly old, but at 36, he is closer to 40 than 30 these days, and he does seem to be living the cliché. Let's take a stroll down DiCaprio memory lane.
From 2002 to 2005, DiCaprio dated supermodel Gisele Bundchen. He was 27. She was 21. Then along came Israeli model Bar Refaeli in 2006. He was 31. She was 20. And now dear Blake, at 23, practically an old lady in Leo years, except the age difference between Leo and his blonde has grown to a sizable 13 years.
To paraphrase Matthew McConaughey from that timeless classic 'Dazed and Confused,' Leo gets older, they stay the same age.
Just about everyone in Cannes has a Blake and Leo canoodling story -- some saw them cozied up on a yacht with Stephen Spielberg, while a contingent of guests saw them strolling the beach outside the Stella Artois Chez Jacques beach house.
In Hollywood there will never be a dearth of younger blondes. Ask Hugh Hefner, or Sean Penn. Similarly, there will never be a lack of older men looking to bed them. Perhaps Blake will be the blonde to prove Leo doesn't have to be the cliche.

The 10 Most Powerful Athletes (Forbes)
Tiger Woods
Woods has struggled to win tournaments and sign new sponsorship deals since his November 2009 car crash and the infidelity scandal that followed. Yet Woods continues to be the world’s best-paid athlete thanks to $3 million overseas appearance fees and two sponsors that stuck with him: Nike and Electronic Arts. First week sales this spring of EA Sports’ Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters were the highest in the 14-year history of the popular video game franchise.
LeBron James
James’ reputation took a hit last summer when he announced he was leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat on a national televised special dubbed “The Decision”. His negative Q score soared 77%. Despite the animosity, James continues to be a hot ticket. His jersey was the NBA’s best seller this season and he has the No. 1 basketball shoe on the market. In April, James partnered with Fenway Sports Group to manage his business interests. As part of the deal James received a very small stake in FSG-owned soccer club, Liverpool.
Kobe Bryant
Bryant’s Lakers were swept out of the playoffs in a shocking end to their season after two straight NBA titles. Bryant continues to be the NBA’s biggest star in China where he has a popular web site and recently signed on as pitchman for Mercedes-Benz’s local Smart Car brand. Bryant’ $24.8 million salary this year is $4 million more than any other player.
Roger Federer
Arguably the greatest tennis player ever, the Federer era may be nearing its end. He has been passed by both Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic in the rankings. Federer still commands the most impressive endorsement portfolio in all of sports with 10 major deals including Nike, Credit Suisse, Rolex and Wilson. He was the only one of Gillette’s original 3 “Champions” to have his deal renewed this year as the brand dropped Tiger Woods and Thierry Henry.
David Beckham
Beckham’s pitch prowess has declined in recent years as the 36-year-old’s career winds down. Yet he is still soccer’s top endorser thanks to a massive deal with Adidas that pays him royalties from Beckham branded soccer apparel and cleats as well as Beckham-approved clothing from lifestyle lines like ObyO. He signed a deal with Samsung in May to become the company's global brand ambassador for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Mickelson’s world ranking has dropped the past two years, but he continues to be a hot commodity with sponsors--only Tiger Woods earns more off the course. Last year he was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis but Lefty maintains that it will have no long-term effect on his golf career. Mickelson inked a deal at the end of the year as a spokesman for Amgen and Pfizer, makers of Enbrel, the drug Mickelson uses to treat his condition.
Cristiano Ronaldo
The Real Madrid star is using social media to expand his brand, which makes him more attractive to current sponsorship partners like Nike, Castrol, Clear Shampoo and Banco Espirito. Ronaldo has racked up 25 million Facebook fans, more than twice as many as any other athlete. He also has nearly 3 million Twitter followers.
Rafael Nadal
Nadal became the youngest player in the Open Era to capture the career Grand Slam when he won the U.S. Open in September, 2010 at age 24. Nadal’s endorsement portfolio has begun to catch up with his on-court success. This year he started shilling for Bacardi and Giorgio Armani in addition to holdovers like Nike, Babolat and Kia Motor. He earned $10.5 million in prize money over the last 12 months.
Alex Rodriguez
A-Rod was the top unsecured creditor when the Texas Rangers filed for bankruptcy last year. He was owed $24.9 million in deferred compensation from the record-breaking $252 million contract he signed with Texas in 2000. The issue was resolved when a group led by Nolan Ryan and Chuck Greenberg purchased the Rangers at a bankruptcy auction for $593 million in August.
The two-time league MVP signed a four-year, $72 million contract extension in September with the Patriots that is the NFL’s richest deal on an annual basis. Brady swapped his Nikes for Under Armour cleats in November when he became the brand’s highest-profile player. Brady sold his New York City condo for $17.5 million and managed to turn a $3.5 million profit despite buying the home at the market peak in 2006. He and his wife, model Gisele Bündchen recently built a 20,000 square foot, $20 million home in Los Angeles.

In the USA, sunglasses are normally called shades or stunnaz. In Ghana many people call them spectacle. For some time now we have been seeing celebrities wear sunglasses often and don’t know if they wear it for fun, to hide, or that they have a kind of eye problem which makes them wear it.
We see different styles and we get amazed by how these spectacles make some of the celebrities look fabulous and dramatic, whiles others look horrible in them. You can go through the pictures and see the top Ghanaian celebrities who can’t seem to live without their spectacles.
